Satori is a custom-built, farm to table sushi food truck specializing in serving local fresh fish as well as plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. In the theme of Maui Style Sushi Fusion, we are proud to serve top-quality ingredients supporting local farms and giving you all the natural flavors of the Hawaiian Islands. Our menu is mostly gluten-free and completely dairy free featuring macadamia nut and Tamari based sauces. We also serve Maui Kombucha on tap, ramen bowls, miso soup, teas, and health elixirs. We want you to feel great after dining with us!
